we had a fun weekend. it all started with taking kate to build-a-bear. she worked very hard at pooping in the potty and was rewarded with stickers and ultimately a kitty she built and named "cupcake". it funny to see how proud she is of her kitty and it's fun to see where she's come with potty-training over the last few months. friday night we went to marine world as a family, then welcomed my parents for a quick weekend visit. we enjoyed yesterday at the oakland zoo. this is what summer weekends are all about!
married in 2003 to my husband tim, we now live in concord, california. after working for 5 years as an e.r. nurse, i'm now staying at home with my two beautiful girls, kate and amelia. most days are hectic, crazy, and exhausting, but i wouldn't trade my life for anything.
